Physical or Mental Examinations

1. For the purposes of clause 26 (4.10) (b) of the Act, a member shall be given at least 14 days to make written submissions in respect of an order under clause 26 (4.7) (b) of the Act to the Investigation Committee.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (3) of Schedule 19 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day it is filed.
