Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 10 (13.1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(13.1) The adjustment under subsection (13) that would otherwise have taken effect on July 1, 2020 shall not take effect.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) If this Regulation is filed after December 31, 2020, it is deemed to have come into force on that day.
