Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 1.3.1 (3) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10. University Pension Plan Ontario, registered under the Act as number 1357243.

2. Subsection 47.7.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

8. University Pension Plan Ontario, registered under the Act as number 1357243.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
