Amending O. Reg. 82/20

(RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 1)

1. (1) The French version of clause 7 (1) (d) of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by striking out “services judiciaires” and substituting “services relatifs aux tribunaux”.

(2) Section 7 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to the rental of meeting or event space for the purpose of delivering or supporting the delivery of court services.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
