Amending O. Reg. 222/98

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 28 (1) of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

43.1 A payment of financial assistance under the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020.

2. Subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

6. A payment of financial assistance under the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
