Amending Reg. 680 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Section 4 of Regulation 680 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “19 (1)” and substituting “17 (1)”.
2. Section 9 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Section 9.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 18.2 (4) of the Act, the sheriff” and substituting “subsection 16 (4) of the Act, the Jury Sheriff”.
4. The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out the row for Form 9.
Commencement
5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
