Amending O. Reg. 106/09
(DISPOSAL OF DEAD FARM ANIMALS)
1. Clause 3 (2) (a) of Ontario Regulation 106/09 is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada) or the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (Canada);

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
