Amending O. Reg. 202/94

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 34 (4) of Ontario Regulation 202/94 is amended by striking out “five” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “two”.

2. Subparagraph 2 ii of subsection 36 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “six” and substituting “12”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
