Amending O. Reg. 390/19

(PRESCRIBED ORGANIZATION)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 390/19 is revoked and the following substituted:

CorHealth Ontario

2. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, CorHealth Ontario is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
