Amending O. Reg. 95/05

(CLASSES OF CONSUMERS AND DETERMINATION OF RATES)

1. Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 95/05 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(6) Despite subsection (1), for the period beginning on January 1, 2021 and ending on January 28, 2021, the Board shall determine each of the following regulated prices to be 8.5 cents per kilowatt hour which is equal to the regulated price referred to as RPEM_OFF in section 3.4 of the Standard Supply Service Code as determined by the Board on December 15, 2020 to be effective for January 1, 2021:

1. The regulated price referred to as RPCM_T1 in section 3.3 of the Standard Supply Service Code.

2. The regulated price referred to as RPCM_T2 in section 3.3 of the Standard Supply Service Code.

3. The regulated price referred to as RPEM_OFF in section 3.4 of the Standard Supply Service Code.

4. The regulated price referred to as RPEM_MID in section 3.4 of the Standard Supply Service Code.

5. The regulated price referred to as RPEM_ON in section 3.4 of the Standard Supply Service Code.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
