PREPARATION AND ADOPTION OF COMMUNITY SAFETY AND WELL-BEING PLAN

Prescribed date for first community safety and well-being plan

1. For the purposes of clause 143 (3) (a) of the Act, the prescribed date is July 1, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
