Amending O. Reg. 315/07

(DESIGNATION OF CONSERVATION RESERVES)

1. Schedule 67 to Ontario Regulation 315/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

Cedar Creek Conservation Reserve

In the Geographic Township of Conmee, Municipal Township of Conmee, Territorial District of Thunder Bay, containing 336 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said Geographic Township designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Cedar Creek Conservation Reserve filed on May 4, 2015, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
