Amending O. Reg. 82/20
(RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 1)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 24 (2) of Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by adding “under this Order” after “permitted”.
(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 24 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding “under this Order” after “permitted” in the portion before subparagraph i.
(3) Subsection 24 (3) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “authorized to provide” and substituting “permitted under this Order to provide”.
2. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 3 (3) of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
1. They must be located in any of the following health units:
i. The District of Algoma Health Unit.
ii. Grey Bruce Health Unit.
iii. Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit.
iv. Hastings and Prince Edward Counties Health Unit.
v. Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox and Addington Health Unit.
vi. Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit.
vii. North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit.
viii. Northwestern Health Unit.
ix. Peterborough County — City Health Unit.
x. Porcupine Health Unit.
xi. Renfrew County and District Health Unit.
xii. Sudbury and District Health Unit.
xiii. Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
xiv. Timiskaming Health Unit.
(2) Subsection 3 (4) of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before clause (a) and substituting the following:
(4) Subsections (1) and (2) and paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of subsection (3) do not apply to schools that are operated by,

3. Subsections 3 (1) and 6 (2) of Ontario Regulation 10/21 are revoked.
Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 2 (1) comes into force on January 25, 2021.
