Amending O. Reg. 13/21

(RESIDENTIAL EVICTIONS)

1. Ontario Regulation 13/21 is amended by adding the following sections:

2. This Order applies with respect to residential premises in a health unit to which Ontario Regulation 11/21 (Stay-at-Home Order) made under the Act applies.

Definition

3. In this Order,

“health unit” means a health unit as defined in the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
