Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 8 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Norfolk County — communities of Courtland and Delhi

8.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 150 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Byerlay Side Road in the community of Courtland and a point situate 155 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the east limit of Norfolk Highway 59 in the community of Delhi.

(2) Paragraph 9 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Elgin County — Twp. of Malahide

Norfolk County — community of Courtland

9.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the Township of Malahide in the County of Elgin lying between a point situate 120 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hacienda Road and a point situate 215 metres measured easterly from the centreline of the roadway known as Plowman’s Line in the community of Courtland in Norfolk County.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Norfolk County — community of Courtland

15.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the community of Courtland in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 215 metres measured easterly from the centreline of the roadway known as Plowman’s Line and a point situate 875 metres measured westerly from the centre line of the roadway known as Regional Road 38 (Talbot Street).

(4) Paragraph 8 of Part 5 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk — Twp. of Delhi

8.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the community of Delhi in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 155 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the east limit of Norfolk Highway 59 and a point situate 106 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mill Street.

(5) Paragraph 13 of Part 5 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Norfolk County — community of Courtland

13.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the community of Courtland in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 900 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Regional Road 38 (Talbot Street) and a point situate 150 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Byerlay Side Road.

(6) Paragraph 14 of Part 6 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Norfolk County — community of Courtland

Twp. of Norfolk

14.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the community of Courtland in Norfolk County beginning at a point situate 875 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Regional Road 38 (Talbot Road) and extending easterly to a point situate 900 metres east of the roadway known as Regional Road 38 (Talbot Road).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
