Amending O. Reg. 176/10

(TEACHERS' QUALIFICATIONS)

1. Subclause 26 (1) (b) (v) of Ontario Regulation 176/10 is amended by adding the following:

Anti-Black Racism

2. Schedule A to the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

American Sign Language as a Second Language (For teaching in English-language schools only — not offered in French)

Langue des signes québécoise langue seconde (For teaching in French-language schools only — not offered in English)

3. Schedule C to the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
