Amending O. Reg. 321/12
(CLASSES OF MEMBERS AND REGISTRATION)
1. Subsection 8 (2.1) of Ontario Regulation 321/12 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2.1) Despite anything to the contrary in this section, the term of a statement of membership that would expire on or after March 13, 2021 and before November 27, 2021 is extended by 180 days.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 13, 2021 and the day it is filed.
