Amending O. Reg. 223/98

(EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS)

1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 223/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

3.  Goods and services available to a person, including home care, community services and attendant services, that are funded by the Ministry of Health, by a local health integration network or by Ontario Health.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
