Amending O. Reg. 369/11
(SUBSIDIES FOR PART VII HOUSING PROJECTS)
1. Clause 15 (a) of Ontario Regulation 369/11 is amended by striking out “or the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation”.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 3 to the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
