Amending O. Reg. 367/07

(TERM OF LICENCES)

1. Subsections 1 (4), (5) and (6) of Ontario Regulation 367/07 are revoked and the following substituted:

(4) The term of a licence to engage in the business of selling the services of private investigators, a licence to engage in the business of selling the services of security guards and a licence to engage in the business of selling the services of both private investigators and security guards is,

(a)  two years, if the licence is issued or renewed on or after January 30, 2012 but before July 1, 2021; or

(b)  three years, if the licence is issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
