Amending O. Reg. 218/11, which amends O. Reg. 279/99

(ONTARIO IMMIGRANT INVESTOR CORPORATION)

1. Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 218/11 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Section 3 comes into force on the later of the day subsection 4 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
