Amending O. Reg. 201/96

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The definition of “deductible amount” in subsection 20.2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is amended by striking out “(9) and (10)” at the end and substituting “and (9)”.

(2) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (i) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$19,300” and substituting “$22,200”.

(3) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (ii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$32,300” and substituting “$37,100”.

(4) Paragraph 2 of subsection 20.2 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsections (8), (9) and (10)” at the end and substituting “subsections (8) and (9)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
