Amending O. Reg. 336/07

(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)

1. (1) Paragraphs 13, 31, 47, 77.1 and 81 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 are revoked.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

115.  Ontario Land Tribunal.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
