Amending O. Reg. 43/96

(SURVEYS, PLANS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF LAND)

1. Clause 3 (1) (k) of Ontario Regulation 43/96 is amended by striking out “the Ontario Municipal Board” and substituting “the Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 (Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021) to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
