Amending O. Reg. 108/11

1. Subsection 1 (3) of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is revoked.
2. The rows for Forms 4, 6, 6.1 and 6.2 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “April 30, 2021”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 19, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
