Amending O. Reg. 272/21

(TRANSFER OF HOSPITAL PATIENTS)

1. The definitions of “alternate level of care”, “licensee”, “local health integration network”, “long-term care home”, “placement co-ordinator” and “retirement home” in section 1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 272/21 are revoked.

2. Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked.

3. Subsections 3 (2) and (3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked.

4. (1) Subsection 5 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006”.

(2) Subsection 5 (2) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.
