Amending O. Reg. 643/05

(CARRIAGE OF GOODS)

1. Paragraph 11 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 643/05 is revoked and the following substituted:

11.  Goods being transported for compensation in a bus operating between municipalities or beyond the limits of one municipality.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 23 to the Better for People, Smarter for Business Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
