Amending O. Reg. 421/17

(APPROVALS UNDER THE ONTARIO IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM AND OTHER MATTERS)

1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 421/17 is amended by striking out “in-person”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
