Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. (1) Paragraph 7 of subsection 26 (1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

7. For an application for the replacement of a driver’s licence,

i. from July 12, 2019 to June 30, 2022, $35.75,

ii. for the one-year period starting July 1, 2022, $36.50, and

iii. on and after July 1, 2023, $37.25.

(2) Paragraph 12 of subsection 26 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

12. For each six-month period or part thereof during which a driver’s licence is valid,

i. for the one-year period starting July 1, 2022, $7.65, and

ii. on and after July 1, 2023, $7.80.

(3) Clause 26 (1.4) (g) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(g) if the suspension commenced on or after January 1, 2019,

(i) from July 12, 2019 to June 30, 2022, $281,

(ii) for the one-year period starting July 1, 2022, $287, and

(iii) on and after July 1, 2023, $293.

2. Subsection 26.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2021” and substituting “2022”.

3. Subsections 1 (2) and 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 312/20 are revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of July 1, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
