Amending Reg. 718 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 6 of subsection 2.1 (2) of Regulation 718 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

6. The holder shall keep liquor only at a premises described in paragraph 1.

2. Subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 198/19 is amended by striking out “July 1, 2021” at the end and substituting “January 1, 2023”.

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
