Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 37 of the definition of “schedule of benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

37.  Amendments dated July 2, 2021 (effective as of October 1, 2021);

2. Section 38.4 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

20.  If it is required by the Plan, the modality indicator specified by the Plan to identify the technology used to deliver the service.

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 2 comes into force on October 1, 2021.
