Amending O. Reg. 389/95

(APPLICATION OF CORPORATIONS ACT)

1. The title to Ontario Regulation 389/95 is revoked and the following substituted:

Application of Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010

2. Section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Borrowing

1. For the sole purpose of borrowing money from the Province of Ontario or a provincial agency, subsection 15 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 applies to the Centre.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following French version:

APPLICATION DE LA Loi de 2010 sur les organisations sans but lucratif

Emprunt

1. Pour la seule fin d’emprunter des fonds à la province de l’Ontario ou à un organisme provincial, le paragraphe 15 (1) de la Loi de 2010 sur les organisations sans but lucratif s’applique au Centre.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 4 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
