Amending O. Reg. 43/05

(MEDIATORS’ FEES (RULE 75.1, RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE))

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 43/05 is amended by striking out “in person” wherever it appears.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
