Amending O. Reg. 212/17

(General)

1. (1) Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 212/17 is amended by striking out “bodies” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “persons or entities”.

(2) Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

2.  The Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario in his or her capacity as administrator of the Pension Benefits Guarantee Fund.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
