Amending O. Reg. 286/18

(CALCULATION OF AVERAGE DAILY ENROLMENT FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 9 (4) of Ontario Regulation 286/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Any pupil who,

i. was enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school (within the meaning of the Act) in the 2015-2016 school year or any subsequent school year, and

ii. in the case of a pupil who enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school more than once, did not enrol in grade 9 in any school year prior to the 2015-2016 school year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
