Amending O. Reg. 137/15

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 88.3 of Ontario Regulation 137/15 is amended by striking out “the coronavirus (COVID-19) policy required by subsection 88.5 (1) or”.

2. Subsection 88.4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5.  A staff member of the licensee.

3. (1) Subsection 88.5 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “employee” and substituting “employee, volunteer”.

(2) Subsection 88.5 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “provider” and substituting “provider, volunteer”.

4. Subsection 88.6 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
