Amending O. Reg. 620/05

(HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLE LANES)

1. Section 1 of Schedule E to Ontario Regulation 620/05 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 427 (southbound) in the City of Toronto, The Regional Municipality of Peel, the City of Vaughan and The Regional Municipality of York lying between a point situate 1,100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Rutherford Road and a point situate 500 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 409.

(2) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 427 (northbound) in the City of Toronto, The Regional Municipality of Peel, the City of Vaughan and The Regional Municipality of York lying between a point situate 800 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 409 and a point situate 1,250 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Rutherford Road.

(3) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
