Amending O. Reg. 177/20
(CONGREGATE CARE SETTINGS)
1. Subsection 1.1 (1) of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 177/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
(1) For the purposes of this Order, a person is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if the person is fully vaccinated as described in section 2.1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 364/20 (Rules for Areas at Step 3 and at the Roadmap Exit Step) made under the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
