Amending O. Reg. 658/20
(MODERATION PERIODS UNDER SUBSECTION 9 (5) OF THE ACT)
1. Ontario Regulation 658/20 is amended by adding the following section:
Moderation period — St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke and ONA
3. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke and Ontario Nurses’ Association in operation from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020 begins on April 1, 2020 and ends on March 31, 2023.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
