Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 6.0.2 (2) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “subsection 1 (4.1) of the Act or the Business Corporations Act” and substituting “the Business Corporations Act or the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (3) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
