Amending O. Reg. 189/09

(GO TRANSIT SERVICE AREA)

1. Clause 1 (b) of Ontario Regulation 189/09 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b)  the single-tier municipalities of Barrie, Brant, Brantford, Guelph, Hamilton, Kawartha Lakes, London, Peterborough, St. Marys, Stratford and Toronto.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
