Amending Reg. 52 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 17 (3) of Regulation 52 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Liquor Licence Act” and substituting “Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
