Amending Reg. 357 of R.R.O. 1990

(REFILLABLE CONTAINERS FOR CARBONATED SOFT DRINK)

1. The definition of “carbonated soft drink” in section 1 of Regulation 357 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “section 5 of the Liquor Licence Act” and substituting “section 2 of the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
