Amending O. Reg. 347/07

(PROVINCIAL PARKS: GENERAL PROVISIONS)

1. Subsection 10 (1) of Ontario Regulation 347/07 is amended by striking out “Liquor Licence Act” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 67 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
