Amending O. Reg. 81/12
(REQUIREMENTS FOR ESTABLISHING A GAMING SITE)
1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 2 (3) of Ontario Regulation 81/12 is amended by striking out “Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996” at the end and substituting “Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
