3. Form 3, titled “Affidavit of Witness” (an affidavit of a subscribing witness for the purposes of subsection 9 (5) of the Act), dated November 3, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 8 (4) of Schedule 11 to the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
