2. Form 2, titled “Certificate of Discharge” (a certificate of discharge for the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Act), dated November 3, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 11 to the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
