Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Items 2, 10, 13, 14 and 28 of Schedule 0.1 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked.

2. Item 2 of Schedule 0.2 to the Regulation is revoked.

3. (1) Schedule 17.6 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

(2) The English version of items 18.8, 18.13, 18.14, 18.16.2, 18.20, 18.21, and 18.22 of Schedule 17.6 to the Regulation are amended by striking out “bait-fish” and substituting in each case “baitfish”.

4. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

Commencement

6. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 3 and 4 come into force on January 1, 2022.
