Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsections 10 (13.1) and (13.2) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

(13.1) The adjustments under subsection (13) that would otherwise have taken effect on July 1, 2020 and July 1, 2021 shall not take effect.

(13.2) The adjustment under subsection (13) that would otherwise take effect on July 1, 2022 shall instead take effect on October 1, 2022, but shall be calculated with reference to the calendar years that would otherwise apply.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed or, if this Regulation is filed after December 31, 2021, it is deemed to have come into force on that date.
