Amending O. Reg. 79/10

(GENERAL)

1. Sub-subparagraph 1 i A of section 269 of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is amended by striking out “Part III of the Corporations Act” and substituting “the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010”.

2. Subsection 288 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Section 122 of the Corporations Act” at the beginning and substituting “Subsection 91 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
